Then peel off and crush. The material of the wheel belt is generally carbon cast steel or 35SiMn, 42CrMnSi and other materials. Due to the defects of casting, the axial hardness of the wheel belt is uneven and the structure is inconsistent. Under high load, the structure of the wheel material is loose, and the place with low hardness has crushing, curling and compression. In addition, due to casting defects, subcutaneous voids, large areas of looseness, blisters, etc., can also cause spalling and indentation.

Finally broken. The radial or axial fracture of the wheel belt is completely broken in the radial direction, the inner arc changes, the field is difficult to repair, the axial crack is not completely cracked, and the method can be repaired.
