[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On the morning of December 20, 2016, the NQI “Intelligent Manufacturing Common Technical Standard Research” project was held in Beijing. The relevant leaders of the Department of Science and Technology of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the State Administration of Quality Supervision, the National Standards Committee and the Ministry of Industry of the National Standards Committee attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

The meeting invited four experts from the Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation, China Information and Communications Research Institute, Beijing Heshi System Engineering Co., Ltd., and China National Institute of Standardization to review the project implementation plan. Institute of Instrument Technology, Institute of Integrated Technology and Economics, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Institute of Electronics Industry Standardization, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Institute of Automation of Beijing Machinery Industry, China Productivity Promotion Center, Beijing Dongtu Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing NARI Group, Industrial and Twelve delegates from 7 participating organizations of the Institute of Telecommunication Research of the Informatization Department attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Mei Xuan of the Institute of Intellectual Property, and on behalf of the project responsible unit, he welcomed and thanked the leaders, experts, and personnel involved in the project. The leaders of the AQSIQ and the National Standards Commission introduced the significance of the project and related policies of the country and asked the project participants to overcome the difficulties and jointly complete the project.

Dr. Liu Xiaojing, director of the standardization and testing center of the Institute of Standards and Testing of the Director of the Institute, introduced the overall situation of the project, assessment indicators, technical routes, and management methods. Representatives of the participants of the project introduced the research content and work plan of 37 common technical standards such as digital collaboration, system integration, and process control to be formulated in this project. After listening to the implementation plan of the project-taking unit and the participating units, the expert group conducted a review, unanimously agreed that the task division of tasks was clear, the implementation plan was reasonable and feasible, and met the requirements of the project task and assessment indicators. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the topic, some suggestions were made.
The smooth convening of this project's kick-off meeting laid a good foundation for the follow-up implementation of the project.
