Round Sling
Round sling is an all-purpose lifting sling, which is both high strong and non-damaging to its load. Extremely light in weight and infinitely flexible in all directions, it is easy and quick to manipulate even when awkwardly shaped or fragile loads are being lifted. Manufactured to EN 1492-2.
Description:
Round slings` max load is 300 tons .It`s effective length is 80m and safety factor is 7 and 6. Made of high-strength polyester filament(100% PES),round webbing slings adopts neutral loop structure in its core and 100% PES sleeve to protect it .
It is very easy to maintain webbing slings. It is very popular to cause damage in hoisting operation due to bump. EA-A webbing slings can absorb impact and turn danger into safety.
If Webbing Sling is damaged seriously, its protective sleeve is broken and its core is undamaged. If its core filament is broken, it will be found through through protective sleeve.
If there appears small cut on sleeve ,can use adhesive tape to cover it to avoid split .Pay attention that only its core is not hurt can you continue to use it .If there appears big cut on sleeve ,they must be checked by our company.
