Roof ventilation valves and exhaust fans :
For the exit of warm and humid air caused by the aeration fans, roof ventilation are designed. The design of these ventilation systems are in a way to prevent outside objects to enter inside the Silo, designed on the ceiling for better ventilation.Centrifugal Fan :
To prevent damage to the grain caused by the increase in temperature and humidity, ventilation is required. This operation is done by the aeration fan mounted at the bottom of the silo. The body of the aeration fans are made of high quality galvanized steel sheets with a long life and very resistant to corrosion. All parts of the body are connected to each other by nuts and bolts. Exhaust air flow rate and pressure and electric power technology is calculated based on the capacity, height and type of grain stored in the silo.
Vents:
roof vents are designed to carry out the warm air from the silo and during this process to prevent any object to enter inside the silo.
