Hopper Dryer


The hopper dryers of RDM series are quick-drying equipments for non-hygroscopic plastics and rubber. They can dry the
humidified raw material caused by packing, transportation and retrieving. The equipment is best to be directly installed on the
plastics or rubber molding machine. It is quick to install and it can save space. For all types of the equipments, the 24-hrs timer is available as option.

Introduction:
RDM series hopper dryers offer an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying. Hot air is used to dry wet materials
that due to moisture absorption during packaging, transportation, and recycling cycles. They can be directly mounted on the molding machine for quick drying and space saving. For this series, hot air blows evenly from bottom to the top (both RDM-800 and
RDM-1000 have down-blowing air pipe and accessible door for easy material clearance) of the hopper with capacity ranging from 12~1,000kg, Optional 24-hour timer is available for each model.

Adopt hot air diffuser to gain an even hot air flow to improve drying efficiency.

Unique hot air inlet elbow design can prevent dust piling up at bottom of the pipe heaters so as to avoid burning.

All material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination..

Hopper separated from its base, ensuring convenient cleaning..

Proportional deviation display thermostat for accurate temperature control..

All series are equipped with exposed power switch.

Equipped with excitation tripping overheat protection, making machine operation secure and reliable..

Overheat tripping can automatically cut off power when drying temperature exceeds set deviation value.

Adopts heat-insulated blower to prolong blower lifespan. 24 hours auto start/stop timer and double insulated hopper are available
as options.

Cyclone dust separator, exhaust air filter, magnetic base and blower inlet filter are optional.
