After the project was confirmed, Gem Machinery Company immediately entered the development process, and the product has been successfully developed.
The 9000-meter rig developed by Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. has superior technical performance. The rig adopts the most advanced all-digital AC frequency conversion control technology to realize intelligent control. Its modular design has a reasonable overall layout and is resistant. It has complete design in cold, high temperature resistance, anti-leakage, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof and sand-proof. It has good reliability and adaptability, and can fully meet the needs of land and offshore oil and gas drilling conditions below 9000 meters. A number of independent innovation technologies of the drilling rig have filled the domestic gap, and successively overcome the technical problems of key components such as high-power AC frequency conversion control system, high-power gear transmission single-axis winch, high-power high-pressure drilling pump and large-load derrick base. It is the first 9000-meter drilling rig with independent intellectual property rights developed by China. It has obtained 5 national patents. It is an independent innovation product with the most patents in China.
